Modena2G120 Venting Questions
I am a dealer for FB in SE Michigan and a have a client that wants me to install a Modena2G120 in the corner of his restaurant. The problem I am having is there is an apt above his place so direct venting up through the roof is not an option. Also, because of the ceiling height and distance from the side wall, I will not be able to offset a Duratech vent through the side with a 30 deg elbow set. I am thinking my only other option is a grease duct or Type 1 Vent Hood, but I have not had to deal with this before and was wondering if any of you out there had any input. I have a local place that is willing to fabricate something custom for me, but I am concerned with cost and would like to know if I have any other options.
