 Modena in Halifax Last year, I was contacted by Jennie Dobbs in Halifax, Nova Scotia, about installing a Modena oven in her new restaurant, Morris East. The CBC has just done a lengthy and funky television interview with her that, in part, features the oven in use. You can find it here: Living Halifax - CBC.ca .
