| Re: Mobile oven health/catering/etc permits The health inspector is the one to talk to for sure. In Mason county , Wa. I'm finding the jam cracker to the portable oven is one word ( COMMISARY ) Not to mention insurance , permits and on and on. Good luck |

| Re: Mobile oven health/catering/etc permits None of those laws are effective for a disreputable food vendor. Just takes one person to not wash their hands and your done. Self regulation is an imperative, so why all the regs. This is what is wrong with America, they regulate the hell out of the poor little guy and the big boys get away with anything they want. I'm really pissed at GM today, can you tell?

| Re: Mobile oven health/catering/etc permits I'm all in favor of food safety regulations. It's not like they are built into the constitution: every one is built on the back of a dead customer. Yes, every regulation can be abused by a power hungry bureaucrat, but I'm glad they're there all the same.
