| Grimaldi How many pizzas would you say you can reasonably make per hour at the fairs? |

| 2 mins x one at a time = 30/hr but you need two people working to do it, one to look after the oven and one to prep. Possibly even a third to handle money and orders. A bigger oven that could handle multiple pizzas will need a tandem axle trailer. |

| Thanks for the info. I just need to decide which Forno Bravo oven to get. The lady I spoke with recommneds the Professionale 120 series. Any suggestion? |
