with all the pizza lovers on this site, I'd pot all the information and picture(s) of your favourite cutter.
I also agree with your preference. They are safer, quicker, easier and damage (lift off the cheese topping) the appearence if the pizza.
If you can't find a supplier, then make one. Very easy to do.
