| We started our build in late April and finished yesterday, so had a few guests over to celebrate. We first cooked the mushrooms and onions in one cast iron pan, then sausage in another and onions and zuchinni in yet another one. Rosted peppers and zuchinni for later in the week. When the guests arrived we made little pita breads, neat to watch not only the bread cook but the guests eyes as the breads puffed up. Then 4 pizzas, homemade wine, homemade sassparilla soda and some baba's au rum for dessert (not cooked in the oven. Our oven plan worked well for us as we have a prep surface covered with tile on the left, we have a BBQ on the rigth where we kept the cast iron pans after use. So we have plenty of room to cook and serve. Hope you enjoy the photos. for more visit our new web space Windows Live space Malinda and Chef Phil |
