Elizabeth, I have the same machine. I agree, you really can't beat it for convenience. I use Lavazza beans, and get great crema. Certainly better than any espresso stand or coffee shop in town.

wlodek....I guess its pretty much expresso with ice cream......I usually like it with something like a very hard ice cream with a slight toffee flavour

I tried turkish delight flavoured ice cream once but it was too rich

Affogato? That's a new one to me, but from the descriptions I am just drooling! I roasted some more Monkey Blend a couple of days ago, so it should have rested enough to use tonight. I have to pick up some ice cream though. Anything else special in the preparation?
