 Terracotta bakeware has arrived I'm excited. Our delivery of terracotta bakeware arrived today in good shape, and the colors of the green and blue glazes are vibrant. We have an oval baking dish, two sizes of tall pans with lids, a large low sided round pan with a lid, and a traditional lasagna. The pans are heat resistant over 1800F, and you can use them with a gas flame cooktop, electric cooktop, conventional oven and brick oven. I will be adding them to the Forno Bravo Store over the next few days, but wanted to let you know they are here and look great. I will post photos next. James
