Default Rump roast and cookies!

We made the cookies last night a couple hours after the pizza bake. Sorry, no fancy recipe; the dough came in a box frozen and pre-shaped. They were easy and yummy.

This afternoon (about 1pm) I popped a roast in the oven (average temp was around 350F).

5lbs Beef Rump Roast
Carrots, baby potatoes, onions, course pepper, clove garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and a little A1 Steak Sauce. I just made it up as I went.

4 hours later, the kids devoured it; even our finicky 11 year-old.

Mmmm, that roast looks great!

I've got something similar in the oven right now, I just hope it turns out half as good as yours looks!

Frances,
I could never imagine a rump of yours that differed from Kens: perfect from any distraction.
However I have a post of me own.
J.
