Anyone tried nachos in their oven as an appetizer? Seems like it would take just a few seconds, but would make for crispy nachos with hot chips...
I haven't tried them, but they sound good to me! A fully fired oven *might* be too hot. Give them a try and let us know how they turn out!
I'd say cook the meat toppings first and use finely shredded cheese. Put near the back. Should be great. Put on your garnishes after you pull it out. Yum
