Ramekins

We're thinking of signing up for this cooking class. Has anyone attended it and is it worthwhile?

Thanks,

Les...

Les, why don't you contact Mary Karlin and see what she says. Who is running the oven, how experienced they are, etc. Sometimes for our more experience wood-fired chefs, you need to know that the instruction is really good in order to learn some new things and have a good time.

Let us know what you find out.

I know that Mary has recently finished her book on wood-fired cooking, and it will be good to see how involved she is with Ramekins going forward.

James,

After what I did to the chicken and ciabatta bread - an ape running the oven could give me tips :o

Mary will be teaching the class. They told me her book will be out in spring, I'll probably get a copy while I am there.

Excellent Les. But don't be so harsh on the ape. :-)
