I think Texas has done more for this forum than some others who market their stuff. It's a personal site, no different than the myriad of blogs with links posted on here.

I'll have to try your high temp dough sometime (looks scary wet to me). We've had really good luck with our dough recipe (Wolfgang Puck's version of pizza dough) and I don't really have much reason to mess with it, as of yet.

I really don't see anything wrong with the site. It is a personal pizza blog. Hopefully it will expand to become a wood fired oven cooking blog as well, as I feel there are very few out there that are not set up to sell the owners wares.
Looking forward to see your work on the site progress.
