Default Re: Wood fired pizza - opportunities in the UK

Hi Paul,

I'm just spending my lunch break searching for Wood Fired Pizza info as I do on most days and stumbled on your post. I too would love to start my own business with wood fired pizzas but really need some experience in dough making, transportation etc.

I have a vision of a chain of mobile pizza ovens on trailers giving people at events (weddings, festivals etc) an alternative to Hog Roast etc!

What do you think?

Would be great to compare notes. Have you had any joy with the experience side of things?

Cheers,
Ed
