Welcome from me, also Rosco. I know for a fact that I was lucky when I found this sight. I got going on this wierd, convoluted search and ended here (been here ever since).
But for a WFO baker, you couldn't have been luckier. Congradulations and wecome aboard.

You shouldn't introduce yourself as sandpaper when the rest of us know you are 99% silk.
I seem to remember it being you that jammed Acoma up for "dining-n-dashing" at that new chicago pizza place in his neighborhood.
If that wasn't you...sorry. You deserve full silk status. But if it was, you were right in your agument. You are certainly not sandpaper.

One of the things I like about the forum and its members is how helpful and supportive it all is. We have professional masons and bakers here, people who are experts at any kind of craft or skill you can imagine, but no one puts you down if you know less or have less skill, or if you decide to go about something in a different way. You don't have that ellbowing "I'm better than you are" attitude you get in a lot of other places.

Well, except for the insulation question, I think we're all pretty unflexible about that one..

Oh and RT, I haven't go you down as sandpaper either. Not at all!
