| Mavano, The cheap, simple docking blade holder can be gotten from the commercial arm of The San Francisco Baking Institute: Baking Supplies|Baking Baskets and Supplies|Basket|Wicker Baskets |Plastic Baskets|Linen Liners|Proofing Boards|Wood Peel. They've got lots of other hard to find stuff at reasonable prices, too. Jim
