Round Rock Texas checking in - Oven and Tandoor

I stumbled upon this site looking for materials sources. I'm working on a tandoor design that looks more like an outdoor kitchen than a trash can. :D.

It occurred to me that putting a tandoor and pizza oven next to each other may give me a good start on a nice cooking space. Add a grill, sink and counter and I'll have a nice corner for cooking anything we want.

It looks like I'll have a lot of reading to do, starting with locating these near but not too close to the house or trees.

Welcome and now i know what a tandoor is. :D

It does look like a trash can. I think once you have a brick WFO, the tandoor may only be used as a trash can.;) That would be a lot of cooking horsepower to have both. What do you want to cook in the tandoor?
Tex
