Pompeii in Seattle
Hello all. I've been a pizza enthusiast for years and have been making my own pizzas on my gas grill for a year or so. I'm tired of tearing up my nice grill with the high, dry heat and I'm eagerly looking forward to building a pompeii oven in my back yard this year.
I'm cramped for space, but I think I can safely fit in a 36" build. Once I get the final bits drawn out in SketchUp and I get the county to sign off on it (build & fire permits), I'm ready to go! Wish me luck!
