Pizza lover in Germany
Im an American that lives in Germany, Im in the process of making my own "pizza joint" here. I used to work at alot of pizza places in LA and NY and I make great pizza for friends and family. Everything is going OK I have the place the licences and have taken the classes the Germans demand to do business here...I will soon tackle building a pizza oven!
My backround is carpenter/journeyman. If it requires two hands and getting dirty, I can build it! I do have to say tho I am a bit worried cause from what I have been reading over the past few months is that if I build this thing wrong my pizza(and bisiness) will suck! So I would like to ask for some tips if you have them or if you live in germany com on by! I got the CD from here and have made a small book of basics with the help of the posts from people and i have crossed my fingers just for the heck of it.
