I've cooked professionally with a wood burning pizza oven, and have always wanted to build my own. I am now in the process of helping a friend build his, and would like to personally thank all of you for your inspirations and great ideas which have made me take the first steps in building a 36" pompei oven.
I am starting to appreciate the craftsmanship and patience it takes into building one, and the enjoyment we will get from cooking in the oven.
