A new guy
Just thought I'd say hi. Joined the forum and when I have the cash I hope to build my own oven.
I was thinking of just building a horno oven but now I'm toying with the idea of a brick oven. While the horno would be free the idea of a brick oven does have it's good points. Who knows, might even put it on a cart lol. It was done for years so I know it'll work if planned out right.
I'm also a fairly good baker and can use either yeast, sponge or sourdough with ease.
