I've had a dream of building a bring pizza oven for years now. I have done a bunch of research, bought the books (Daniel Wing/Allan Scott, Tom Jaine, Kiko Denzer, etc.), browsed the internet, etc. for plans and suggestions.
I bake my own sourdough (from purchased cultures) in my (regular) home oven which almost gets hot enough to bake a proper pizza.
I'm still deciding whether to build a brick dome pizza oven or a cast a refractory oven.

Re: Introducing myself
I thought I'd attach my last outdoor cooking megaproject. It's a gas pig roaster that I designed. My uncle and I fabricated it in his shop.
