Hello from South Australia
Building my first oven using a mix of the Forno Bravo instructions and a book by Russell Jeavons (of "Russell's Pizza" at Willunga fame for SA readers).
Have completed my base made from red bricks to build my brickie skills a bit, poured my concrete floor slab and vermiculite base, and hope to get into setting the floor and dome this Easter weekend.
I have sourced some good building materials locally (for anyone building in Adelaide / SA), including vermiculite, firebricks, fireclay, etc.
Finding tons of very useful information on the forums here, and will keep posting progress pics and lessons learned.
