Just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for all of the good info. I'm hoping to start building a neapolitan oven sometime in the next year or so and I've gotten lots of good ideas from the forum. Thanks again! Pete

Welcome, Pete.

Are you thinking about the fornobravo low dome as in the pompeii plans (18" dome in 42" oven) or the more radical low dome (14", if I remember correctly) that has been posted here recently?

Thanks for the welcome. I'm looking to replicate a neapolitan pizza oven as closely as possible within a reasonable budjet and amount of space. The closest thing on this site would probably be the low dome pompei or the oven that johnrbeck is creating. So much good info and help available here, I'm glad I found this forum. Peteg
