After lurking these forums for the past year, I took the plunge on Friday, and ordered an Artigiano100. My wife and are starting an outdoor kitchen/patio project in April, and am now counting the days until the WFO is up and running. The amount of information on this forum is stunning. Being able to visualize everyone's experience including photos as they built their oven is invaluable. I look forward to posting as we go, and look forward to the journey!
