Have you spoken to their agent " A Pizza Italia"? They may know something.
I have found forno bravos agents are a bit "lacking" in their general knowledge of WFO's in Oz so they may still be in learning mode.

Yes i have ... i have emailed them and even phoned them. Spoke to someone and was told they would ring me back. Still waiting .. that was weeks ago !

I just checked the pizza tools section in the Australian Forno Bravo and quess what just a little note saying ...coming soon...as for the lack of reply to your inquiries......
