Central IA - Oven on the way!!
Live in the Des Moines area and have a Primavera 70 on the way. Long time pizza maker (ran a little pizza shop in suburban Chicago a few lifetimes ago). Ready to add a wood oven the the menagerie of smokers, grills and such on the back patio.
Looking forward to interaction on the forum here and help on getting a GOOD dough recipie developed....
