Since I am not mass making pizzas the wife won't let me get a pizza sword (large rocker). She doesn't like the rollers either and using a large carving knife is just gouch. So I have settled for my grandmothers 6 inch rocker. It has a real rusty cast iron handles but a sharp stainless steel blade that is deep , good for cutting those messy New York Pizzas or Rocky Mountain Pies without getting your knuckles immersed. It stores easily. |
