PINEAPPLE AND PEAR LIQUOR DESSERT TOPPING

1 pineapple diced
1/4 cup demerera sugar
1 tsp cinnimon
1/4 tsp vanilla (or 1 vanilla bean seeded)
1/2 cup golden pear liquor
2 tbls butter

Method:

Mix all ingredients well and put in a dish, cook on a cooler oven perhaps when its winding down cause the sugars will carmelize and then burn. You want some color on the pineapple. Serve on homemade ice cream! MMM MMM GOOD!!!
