I can't believe I'm writing this. It's April. Spring for all of us in the northern half of our lovely plantet; sorry about that FB NZ.

Enjoy your ovens and your building. This month I join the world of those with ovens, leaving being the construction phase; it's time to start cooking.

We're open for April 08 BOTM nominations. I am looking forward to some great YouTube videos!

Just in case this got lost, I'll add it here:

I will have the recipe posted ASAP. It is a recipe meant for Spaghetti, but I will ask her to reveal it as a pizza sauce. Ohhh, it was a huge hit.

I will third the XJ nomination, the man is well traveled, well schooled, and it is a joy reading and viewing his thoughts and photos on so many topics......so much more to the WFO culture than just pizza...........THANKS XJ

OK, I'll agree XJ deserves the nom. Awesome pics and interesting posts. I really enjoy discussions with him.

As an alternative and just to make the poll more contentious, I'll nominate dmun's posts and diagrams regarding butressing an oven. Certainly a great lesson in the stresses on a dome and how to conteract them. I've implied, and probably stated outright before, that David is probably teaching somewhere, and if not, should be. Most certainly, he's giving us daily lessons on almost every topic. That's my nomination (though not my vote, at this point anyway. I'm still trying to get a idea in my head to get my name on that list again)

Damn good points George. I think David is very much like CJ, taken for granted at times...you simply know they will respond with a logical and helpful answer or explanation to whatever the topic may be. Glad CJ eaked out the win.
Can I cast 2 votes this month? Maybe 1/2 a vote XJ, 1/2 a vote Dmun?
whoever loses gets my nom. next month. Course if neither wins we can start this discussion all over again....these guys could be nominated every month.
