Saw this and thought it might lend itself to a Pizza Oven concept of adjusted. Basically its a fan attached to a temperature gauge that will cycle on an off order to keep a specific temperature (for BBQ 200-220 is great).
My thought was use the same principal to have a fan to stoke the the fire until the oven reaches the right temperature (for Pizza maybe 800).
Good idea or bad idea to build in a pipe that a fan could be attached to?
