What are the costs involved with making concrete? i also have found a site about glass crete that is quite interesting.

I poured about 4/10ths of a yard.
I used a gravel/sand mix that I bought at a sand yard.
3/4's of a yard. Probably used about 3/4ths of that.

And 2.5 bags of Portland cement.

All together, just for concrete, the cost was just under $50 dollars. The local concrete company wanted almost $250. The minimum amount for delivery around here is six yards. So they charge a bundle for smaller amounts.
