| We live in a tropical climate and are quite happy to keep the heat out of our homes. We especially enjoy a nice roast in the summer when you normally wouldn't dream of turning on your kitchen oven. |

| As to cleaning the aluminum peels, try Barkeeper's friend. It is a very gentle abrasive good for aluminum and stainless steel. Drake
