Yes!

First, fire up to pizza temps.

Second, add your largest cast iron skillet.

Third, catch the troll and roll it in blackening spices.

Last throw the troll into preheated skillet, turning frequently.

Let it cook until the legs pull off easily.

Enjoy!

Another method is to put the troll into a large cast iron pot, add a couple of large rocks and cook until the rocks are soft. You then throw the trolls away and eat the rocks..... probably taste better anyway!

gotta love this forum.....where else in the culinary world can you find recipes for Troll? I've heard they taste a little gamey.....similar to a weasil.....never tried either. Maybe a good muriatic acid based marinade, in a sealed container left in the sun for 5-6 hrs.
