Tuscan Grill - Almost

Over the winter, the inside of my Weber grille rusted out. Not wanting to spend the $200 for replacement parts, I decided to improvise. Burned several logs to coals. Placed them in a bucket covered by a grate. Fired up some inch thick pork chops. Worked better than the Weber!

Yes, there is! The flavor of meat, chicken, fish and an assortment of other things enhanced with the essence of smoke. Don't you think?
