Slow roasted beef rib roast
I got this in the email the other day for an oven owner.
We did a stuffed pork loin with residual heat and ate like a king the next day. Just before New Years Eve we did pizza and 2 days later we started a rib roast at the 200F residual pizza oven heat...held that temp long enough and we finished it in our kitchen oven. We had never done a roast @ 200F before but we will now NEVER do it any other way.
It is unbelievable.
