last night i fired the oven up and cooked 2 1.5 inch thick new york strip steaks and 1 chicken breast marinated in lemon, olive oil and fresh basil. i cooked them on the cast iron grill i bought from james,these were the best staeks i have ever eaten, and i always eat at good steakhouses in the metropolitan area and when i travel. thanks james
sounds fantastic tommy. I did some dirty ribeyes the other night that were about the same thickness as yours and they were great.
