We had another pizzafest last night and as usual was enjoyed by all, we had the best looking pizza and the worst with all shapes and varieties in between. :D

There's not a thing wrong with a crooked pizza. I'll bet it tasted fabulous. Nice pics!!

The fire before the guests arrived, it usually runs around the 600 degrees c mark.
And a pic of the evil twins (guess which one is the pizza?) :D

Crooked pizzas are a clear sign that it is hand made and not a circle of cardboard. Nothing wrong with Illinois or Australia or even Africa but if your pizzas start looking like Indonesia...You may want to work on technique! :)

I can make round but I prefer rustic!
