After 50 years (or more
) I've just recently discovered lentils. Last night I made my first lentil salad using my own recipe and we loved it. None left!
So I'll post it here and if you find a place for sharing other recipe's maybe we can share some more!
And I know this would be easily twisted into a WFO dish....start in the oven with the lentils, then finish stirring in the second half of the ingredients! Voila, smoked lentil salad!
