Default getting you on your way

two things I need and then I can help,

1. an accurate scale
2. a cup of 00 flour

however if you have these items then all you need is a nifty difty converter.

1 oz = 28.34952 grams
1kg = 2.2046 lbs

You can get a good scale through various sources, I use lab equipment places like Cole-Parmer (but you pay for the name) or google chem lab equip.
You can get the flour through James on this web site.

If no-one gets back to you bump this thread.
