 Roast Chicken
Roasted a chicken yesterday afternoon for the first time. Sorry, didn't write anthing down, no idea how hot the oven was when I slid it in, no idea how long I cooked the chicken, pre-occupied with yard work. Anyway, got to use my Christmas present from the Forno store that my wife gave me.
Bird was very tender, think it was in about 2 hours, oven maybe 500 F or so. |
