That's a good question.
I am leaning toward a permanently mounted and wired temperature display. There are a lot of portable monitors out there, that look and work like test equipment. I am leaning toward a set up that looks more like a fixed oven temperature gauge.
That would make it more difficult to mess with the connectors in the back.
I will keep you in the loop on what I learn.
