What the hell is a Christmas bonus??
I have not (nor has any field rep from my company) even received my quarterly bonus/incentive (which is supposed to be part of our basic pay structure - but is listed as not guaranteed) in over 2 yrs.
As a Christmas "bonus" to my company's hourly production employees they were give notice last week that as of January 1st all full time employees would be cut to 32 hrs (part time status, meaning they will pay MORE for their benefits) per week, until further notice.
Love my job and my company, just not the current economic conditions; this is what happens when your working for a company directly involved in the construction/housing market and the bottom falls out of the industry. I may be joining fb66 at the end of our fiscal year (March 31st). Ho Ho Ho...Merry Christmas. |
