New Las Vegas Oven!
A Peruvian friend, Paulo Petit, in Vegas caught wind of my first wood-fired oven of Argentinian design and decided he had to have one, like right now.
Paulo laid a slab of concrete and we started construction. In a few weeks it was done and cranking out pizzas -- we cooked 37 the first night!
