Thanks Chip, my stone work proved better than my first pizza... which stuck, flipped and burst into a flaming mass.......hope springs eternal....

I had hoped to stain the doors today but heavy rains in the forecast have delayed that.
I can't say enough good things about Forno Bravo or the help and encouragement from the forum members here.

Still sacrificing about every 4th pizza to the god's but the others are fantastic. Leg of lamb last weekend was perfection.
