| Jim, I must try making paella on the rocks in P.E.I. - when the tides out of course. I've made that mistake already - my first year there. I very much enjoyed your paella at Jim's Bread Bash last Sat. Where in Toronto do you think I could purchase a paella pan? Paella, bread, wine and the beautiful stars - what could be better! Linda |

| Linda, just borrow the one I gave CJ! It needs to have the bottom blackened! It would do a pound of rice without a problem, maybe even 2 pounds. I did a kilo in mine which was a little bigger but there was still room in the pan. I'd call some of the Spanish restaurants and ask them where they buy their pans or call a restaurant supply. See if yoiu can find a speciality Spanish store.......I did my first one in an old frying pan! I posted the recipe on FB last year. Good luck.
