I was wondering where you would find a oil can such as this. I live in the Los Angeles area. Any information or websites would be much appreciated. Thank You. Michael

Try Fantes: I went to there when I was in Philadelphia a few years ago, wish there were a store this good in Chicago, I've actually ordered some things from them online as well with good results:

there are some similar cans online here:

Oil & Vinegar

Naturally, there's an even nicer one available right here:

Oil Canister (Oliera) :: Pizza Making & Serving Accessories :: Forno Bravo Store

(what was I thinking sending you all the way to Philly)

A bit off-topic, but how long can you store olive oil in these things? Doesn't the flavor change after a while?

It wouldnt want to be for too long, all that lead solder holding it all together will leach into the oil and give you lead poisoning....
