Dust mask, glove, eye protection and disposable coveralls (I think Al or Dave the Aussies recommended this and I was done before I saw this but great idea). Really nasty stuff to work with, cut with a utility knife and take your time fitting. I used Superwool CF 1.5" thick X 2 (75mm??)

Thanks for advice guys, I'll ensure my PPE is in place prior to working with the Superwool.

I'm glad someone else has used it and also been recommended it.
