Looks delicious !!! as far as insulation goes , what do you have on your oven and hearth? Sorry for so many questions . Thanks.

I can't post a link, but there is a bare bones trip through that thread, as well as a low dome Neapolitan oven build. Just search Google for "Brokebrick", one word, and the links are at the bottom.

I agree we are both about the same distance from Austin on Delta, I will rent the car if you pay for gas. Looks like he has plenty.

I did one similar a few months ago and it was worth the drive for anyone near or far.
