I am getting from Formans here in Christchurch.
There boards are'nt as big as the FB ones but thickness and temp capacity are pretty on par.They measure 610mm length x 300mm width x 50mm thick and will hold temp of up to 1260 degrees c.Price on these boards is $11.70+gst per board (I am getting 8).
Works out a cheaper for me to get 8 of these than one FB BOARD.And I was told I would need 4 of the FB Ones at about $115nz dollars each
They also have the kaowool or supawool.

We have so far dug out corner and boxed then layed concrete pad and today layed some of the blocks for base,will finish tomorrow,have gone 4 high,hoping to do next stage next week or week after.

At the time when i purchased it was called calcium silicate board.
