Hi all-

The weather finally improved the past three weekends and I've been able to make some progress. I've got the perlite/cement on the oven and will stucco and put the arch on next weekend.

My daughter made a couple of loaves tonight during a second curing fire. The bread was great!

Cheers,

Ron

Hi all-

Got the stucco and arch on this past weekend. Made a couple more curing fires. The last one got the top of the dome white. I think I'm ready to start making pizzas!

Still have to figure out the landing. My wife and daughter are planning the mosaic design.

Cheers,

Ron

That looks amazing. How did you fashion that stand?

Rdelmendo, I would like to send you an email with some questions about your oven!

Ponzu, it looks like that is the optional Cucina stand that you can buy.
